A software studio in Craiova, Romania. We build products that go live and stay live — AI, web, mobile and the backend underneath.
Who we are
M Tech Solutions SRL was founded in 2023 and is based in Craiova, southern Romania. We are a software studio: we design, build and run products, and the same team owns the frontend, the API, the infrastructure and the AI layer.
Artificial intelligence is a core delivery track rather than an add-on. We ship LLM agents, retrieval-augmented generation, copilots and AI image pipelines inside commercial products, alongside full-stack web and mobile work.
We work in English and Romanian with founders, CTOs and product teams worldwide, mostly across the EU and North America.
How we work
Discover: about a week of deep listening — the problem, the users and the constraints. No slides.
Shape: wireframes, prototypes and a technical spike for anything genuinely uncertain. Decisions, not opinions.
Build: two-week sprints, shippable increments, a live demo every Friday.
Launch: hardening, observability, a runbook — and we stay on call through the first month.
What we do not do
- Slide-deck consulting. If there is no working software at the end of it, it is not our engagement.
- AI demos that cannot reach production. We build the evals, guardrails and cost monitoring first.
- Handoffs between an "AI team" and a "product team". One team is accountable for the whole thing.
- Disappearing after the MVP. Launch includes a month on call, and most work continues from there.
Engagement and pricing
Discovery and MVP scopes are fixed-price, so the initial commitment is limited. Ongoing product work is billed on a time & materials basis, with a jointly owned roadmap.
Most projects kick off within 7–10 days, and every enquiry gets a reply within one business day — including an honest answer when we are not the right studio for the job.
